Bars and Shadows

Simple/Mundane/Everyday tasks like crossing/walking/traveling a street or interacting/communicating/talking to a stranger can feel overwhelming/daunting/intimidating. Still/However/Yet, there are ways/methods/strategies to rebuild/reintegrate/reconstruct your life and find/discover/locate peace/tranquility/contentment in the world beyond/past/outside the wire.

Resounds in the Cell Block

The steel walls imprisoned the sounds of a hundred lives gone. Each clink of a chain, every deep footstep on the concrete floor, spoke a story. Stories of innocence, of despair, all blending in a symphony of grief. Even in the quietude, one could feel the weight of their lives.
